The Coaches vs. Cancer Holiday Tournament is a four-day high school boys basketball tournament empowering local high schools along with their coaches, students, and the St. Louis community to raise awareness and funds in the fight against cancer.

Each year we honor a cancer survivor for their courage in battling cancer and their leadership in helping others win their fight against this disease. Our honorees have given back by raising funds, sharing their stories, and promoting education for prevention and early detection.
